HOTV optotypes with 50% spaced rectangle (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) with line sizes from 20/100 to 20/16 (6/24 to 6/4.8) equivalent. Set includes chart, response key, flash cards, and instructions. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Chart size is 9"x14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).
