HOTV Wide Spaced Chart Set includes Crowded HOTV chart 600724, two isolating masks (1" x 1" hole and 1" x 4.5" slot), response key, flash cards, and instructions. Crowded line sizes from 20/100 to 20/16 equivalent. Chart size is 9"x14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm). This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet.
