Sloan Letters Low Contrast Chart
This Adult Low Contrast sensitivity testing chart is identical to the measurement of visual acuity at a high contrast level; i.e., measures the smallest size of the optotypes that the person can recognize. The 2.5% test is the most practical test in clinical use. This distance vision test is available in 1.25%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 25% contrast levels. Each chart includes recording forms and instructions. 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).
Testing distance for the low contrast charts is 10ft (3m).
Note: This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet.
