Features HOTV optotypes with 50% spaced contour interaction bars to provide single optotype acuity with the proper crowding effect. Optotype line sizes range from 20/100 to 20/16 (6/30 to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.20 to 1.25. Similar to the 500035 HOTV ETDRS Crowded Bar Chart but with optotypes in scrambled order for repetitive testing. 13 feet/4 meters testing distance.
